Health Benefits

We believe whole heartedly that natural produce has the ability to heal ailments within the body. We are often told of how eating an apple everyday will keep the doctor away, but we want to share what exactly it is that makes fruits and vegetables so good for us and able to prevent unwanted symptoms and conditions.

Produce We Use

Fruits

Apple

Apples are used in the vast majority of our juices, with good reason! Not only do they add a smooth & sweet profile, they are one of the best anti-inflammatory foods we could consume.  

  • cleanse and purify the organs (especially the liver!)
  •  improve circulation
  • repair damaged skin
  • regulate blood sugar

Lemon & Lime

Lemons are necessary to balance out most juice recipes as the citrus adds brightness and acts as a natural preservative. They are an incredible healing food because they are

  • top source of trace mineral salts (the good kind)
  • contains bioactive calcium, which pairs very well with the vitamin C to alkalize the body
